General Principle
We aim to treat refund requests reasonably while recognizing that administrative work, reserved capacity, digital access, and delivered services may create limits on refund eligibility.
1. Conferences & Events
Registration Refunds
Refund requests made before the published deadline may be eligible for partial or full refund depending on timing and administrative costs.
After major planning deadlines or event access delivery, refunds may be limited.
If an event is materially canceled by us, reasonable alternatives or refunds may be offered.
2. Courses & Workshops
Refund requests may be considered within a stated access period if substantial course materials have not been consumed.
For live workshops, requests made before the session may be eligible subject to timing.
Completed live attendance or significant content access may reduce eligibility.
3. Publication-Related Fees
Where optional publication or production services are purchased:
- editorial decisions remain independent of payment
- payment does not guarantee publication
Once external registration, DOI processing, production work, or customized service delivery has begun, refunds may be limited or unavailable for completed portions of work.
4. Memberships / Subscriptions
Recurring memberships may be canceled prospectively according to the applicable billing cycle.
Unused future periods may be considered in some cases.
5. Sponsorships / Custom Agreements
Sponsorships or bespoke service agreements may follow individually agreed terms.
